Hey, Baby!

This is probably the clearest shot of the face yet. It is really starting to take shape. If you bend your head to the right, you will see her head, eyes and a bit of her nose. The nose is a bit distorted - as they zoom in and out we can either see the nose clearly or the eyes clearly, so they caught this picture with the best balance they could get.

When we were at the doctor's office, our girl was quite active. You could actually see the kicking and moving around on the outside of Hiromi's stomach! The baby now weighs approx 1.2Kg (2.7lbs). Everything looks really good and normal with the pregnancy, just a little iron deficiency so she got some supplements and we had a nice big beef dinner!

Tomorrow is our final day of prep before the move so we'll be pretty busy, but things are coming together and we're actually pretty relaxed about the move. We are confident in our plan and that we have enough time to get everything prepared. Of course, the last minute is when the unexpected shows up.....
