Hot and Hotter

We spent all of today running around the city trying to tick things off the Visa application list. We visited the Tokyo Metropolitan Police HQ, a massive building that has over 23 floors of....police? Anyway, unlike the US, the place was empty. No criminals, no long lines, just a quiet government building. I was going to take a picture of the building for the blog, but it was pretty plain and boring.
By mid-day, I was drenched with sweat as the summer heat is ON and I went 'bank hopping'. I needed to get a bank draft in Singapore dollars so (silly me), I figured I'd go to a - BANK. Actually, I went to 4 banks - including Citibank. NONE of them could do a bank draft for me. I asked them "Is this a bank?" but they didn't get the humour in that statement....oh well.
