De-Plane! De-Plane!

This wasn't quite the 'Fantasy Island' tour that some Chinese tourists were hoping to have in Okinawa! This was the talk of Japan this morning as we woke up to these amazing pictures. It's a miracle that nobody was seriously injured! We fly on Thurs.

Today Hiromi met her friend for some Okinawa food (not in celebration of this fire, just a coincidence) and Jr. seemed to enjoy it (so Hiromi says). He was kicking quite a bit the other night making it difficult for us to sleep as he was rocking the whole bed. The day after tomorrow (23rd) we are heading to Boston for a few days to do some house hunting so the Blog may suffer a bit while we're in transit. I'll try to post some updates once we arrive and get settled so keep on checking in. We'll be back in Japan on the 30th, hopefully with a less eventful landing than this one.
